Directions for Use
- Pull brace over hand to wrist
- Tighten straps to desired comfort level
- To use support on opposite wrist, remove plastic and metal plates from support. The metal plate should be on the anterior (palm) side of the support. The plastic plate on the posterior (back of hand) side of support.
